Billie B. spent the last decade in an array of capacities for Castle & Cooke, the developer of the mixed use development of Copperopolis Town Square, where Once Upon A Time is located. When she left Castle & Cooke in September 2008, she was their Director of Properties Calaveras and known by all the Honorary Mayor of Copperopolis Town Square.
“I often thought it would be enjoyable to live and work within Town Square since organizing the groundbreaking in April of 2006″, says Billie B, “and now to be operating by very own family-oriented store has been a pleasurable adventure, one I hope others will enjoy as they come explore this something-for-everyone shop.”
